Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to public transportation and many local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay with my partner. The staff provided exceptional service, always willing to help with any questions or requests we had. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with many options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room, which really made our stay special.

There was some issue with the quality of the linen provided, which could have been better.

Unfortunately, there were no positive experiences during my city trip at this hotel. The location was the only good thing about this place, being close to the city center and local attractions. the room rate was relatively affordable compared to other nearby hotels. However, these benefits were not enough to offset the numerous negative aspects of the hotel.

The worst aspects of this hotel were the lack of cleanliness, poor hygiene, and the unresponsive staff. The room was unsanitary and had dirty linen and bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay with great hotel facilities, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and convenient location.

The only good thing about my Christmas stay was the fact that they offered free parking and Wi-Fi. The hotel was also located in a great area, close to many popular tourist spots. One more advantage was that the staff was polite.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did we have to change rooms in the middle of the night, but the new room was infested with small cockroaches and rats that ate our snacks.
